Dosage & Administration

• 50mg to 100mg every 4–6 hours as needed
• Maximum: 700mg on day one, then 600mg/day

Extended-Release (ER):

• Start at 50mg twice daily, titrate to 100mg twice daily based on tolerance
• Do not crush or chew ER tablets
• Used for chronic pain management

Always follow your physician’s instructions and swallow tablets whole with water. Avoid alcohol and sedatives unless directed.
